For the Hotel Bauer in Venice, were carried out internal redistribution of rooms, general maintenance works and static restorations of ceilings and false ceilings. In particular, in the Tiepolo room a static investigation of the attic was carried out and after having noted its poor conditions, the structure was renovated. Finally, in some rooms the false ceiling in sandstone and plaster was restored by inserting special plastic “flaps” and restoring the visible surface with the restoration of the plaster, stucco decorations and colours.
