The lot is the continuation of lot 1.1 which connects with the A1 Oran-Algiers motorway,
approximately 100 km east of Algiers.
The work consists in the construction of the new motorway of approximately 33 km consisting of
two carriageways, each with three lanes, and involves the construction of 10 viaducts with metal decks, 5 bridges with pre-stressed reinforced concrete decks, 8 upper concrete passages in prestressed reinforced concrete and 7 lower passages in reinforced concrete.
