The works involved the construction of the multi-sector pier and the western protrusion of the industrial port and include: a quay, for a length of 1,800m, made up of reinforced concrete cellular caissons, placed at -14m altitude; a shore quay, 350 m long, and a cliff containing the embankment with a length of 190 m.
